Terms of Service
These terms apply to depthue.com, the free tools on it, and the software you buy from us. By using the site or the software, you agree to them.
Free tools
The browser tools are free to use for personal and commercial projects. They run on your device and are provided as they are. Outputs you create with them are yours.
Paid software and licences
When you buy a Depthue product you receive a lifetime licence to use that software, including future updates of it.
- Personal and commercial use are both allowed. You may sell the engravings, carvings, prints and files you make with the software.
- One licence per person or business. DepthGen Pro keys activate on both Windows and macOS for the same licence holder.
- You may not resell, share or publish licence keys, redistribute the software, or attempt to bypass licensing.
We may reissue a licence for a new computer on request. Abuse of licences, such as publishing a key, allows us to revoke it.
Payments
Payments are processed by Whop, which acts as merchant of record and may apply its own terms to the transaction. Prices are shown in US dollars; taxes are calculated at checkout where they apply.
Refunds
See our Refund Policy: 14 days, full refund, requested by email.
Your content
You are responsible for having the rights to the images and files you process. Do not use the tools or software to create content that infringes someone else's rights or breaks the law.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site: no attempts to disrupt it, scrape it at a harmful rate, or gain unauthorised access.
Third-party names
HueForge, LightBurn, Vectric, Bambu Studio and other product names mentioned on this site are trademarks of their owners. Depthue is not affiliated with them. Comparisons describe those products from their public information at the time of writing.
Disclaimer and liability
The software and tools are provided "as is". Settings and guides are starting points; always test on scrap material and follow your machine manufacturer's safety instructions. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, material or machine damage, or lost profits, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the product concerned.

We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version.
