No. DepthGen Pro and VoxelPrime are single payments with lifetime licences. Nothing renews, and there are no credits to top up.

Checkout is powered by Whop and runs on depthue.com. Whop is the merchant of record, handles card payments and tax, and your statement shows WHOP*DEPTHUE.

Prices are shown in US dollars before tax. Where tax applies, it is calculated at checkout from your location before you pay.

Yes. Whop emails a receipt for every payment. If you need a company name or tax ID on it, email support@depthue.com.

On the receipt page straight after checkout, and in the receipt email with your licence key and order number.

Email support@depthue.com from the address you bought with, or include your order number. We resend the key and the download links.

Yes. The same key activates the Windows build and the Apple Silicon build, and the receipt includes both downloads.

Yes. Licences are tied to a machine, so email us with your order number and we reissue the key for the new computer.

Yes. Every future update of the product you bought is included.

Yes. You need the internet once to download and activate. After that, images are processed on your computer and never uploaded.

DepthGen Pro runs on 64-bit Windows 10 and 11 and on Apple Silicon Macs. VoxelPrime and DepthGen Free run on Windows. Each product page lists exact requirements.

Yes. Commercial use is allowed for every product and every free tool. Sell the engravings, carvings and prints, including client work.

Depth maps are standard grayscale PNG, readable by LightBurn, xTool Creative Space, Vectric, Carbide Create, Fusion and others. STL files open in every modern slicer.

If a product does not do what its page says, email support@depthue.com within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.

We reply within two business days. Once approved, the refund goes back to your original payment method through Whop; banks usually show it within 5 to 10 business days.

Yes. No account, no watermark and no limit, and commercial use is allowed.

No. The tools process images and models in your browser. The depth map generator downloads its AI model once from Hugging Face; your image is not sent anywhere.

It downloads the model on first use (about 25 to 100 MB, depending on your device), then caches it. After that a depth map takes a few seconds, and less on a computer with WebGPU.
